What did the SIM card cost you?
The sim was free. I just told them the truth. I ordered a new phone with a new line and had been unable to active it do to a bad/broken sim. They gave me a new one at no cost and told me I had to contact Boost customer service about the new sim number.
Any cellular issue is due to boost not the phone though. I tested the phone with T-Mobile and Verizon. Boost has poor reception, not the phone's fault. Moto usually has best signal of US brands. The battery is better than even S24/S25. Samsung isn't great for endurance, I have used them since S1. But this Edge gets charged every 3-4 days for me.
As for the connectivity problem being a Boost issue... you're just wrong. The phone simply stopped working. We've got another phone on Boost... and a phone on Google Fi. Swapped SIMs around and it's definitely the phone. But, thanks for playing out game...

No complaints... I basically got it free a few years ago during some of the crazy Fi deals. I still have two more... one I'm using on Boost... the other is our travel phone on Fi.

As for cancelling, do I just disable auto-pay to cancel service? Or do I have to call/chat to cancel?
