Buying multiple phones?
Consider this.
The first phone will be 120.
Subsequent phones (either purchased at same time on withing next few days) will be less.
Boost has a weird way of billing and its often confusion. No one has figured it out yet.
Many have made speculations:
For example. Below is from a user.
My first purchase cost me $125.90 in total then subsequently thereafter I purchased 2x more phones which came out to $94.84 each.
Since you bought the first phone at regular price, Boost treats any further purchases as an additional line since they're on the same account.
However, bear in mind Boost will automatically enable autopay again so be sure to disable it prior to your next billing cycle recurring.

To reduce installation of games and other unwanted apps:
Set up without going on WiFi or inserting SIM card. Click on Skip for WiFi and Set up offline for the SIM card. Then Continue to set up offline.
Go to the App manager, click to view system apps. Then disable App cloud, Mobile Applicatons Manager.
After that you can enable WiFi, isert SIM card, activate.

I may be reading too much into the email message, but their wording made it sound like they still attempted to charge your card even though you had auto-pay off.
Also, I'm pretty sure they added bypass charging in Android 15 to this phone, even though it's not mentioned or advertised anywhere.
I can plug my phone in and it will stay at 81% and show not charging while I'm using the screen as well as displaying out to a monitor streaming video.
I made a post on the Moto Reddit to try and get feedback, only one person really replied and they said their phone was doing the same.

Thats because when I ordered my 2nd phone I got it prorated for $60+20plan=$80 (I posted my payment history) this was like 1 week before my month ends in 9/4 then when I activated, it turns on autopay automatically, it tries bill you again the next month I think. (you can read it someone else explained it well Boost billing error or system for porated plan) Anyways, I turned it off autopay again after I activated my 2nd phone, plan expired lines are disconnected. Also, I did refund my 1st phone plan to get $60back.

Call support but took 1hr with 4 holds. Just keep saying 30day money back guarantee, if they ask if you ported ya yes (I did not port) and they ask where you port from I just said T-Mobile or whatever. They might trick u saying u bought with phone deal and ur that you are financing. I said no I paid the phone price already etc. Reason of cancelling, just said no signal or 5g in some parts of town. they ask if you are going to return phone just say no I might join Boost later. Lots of hoops and holds.
The way I interpret this if autopay is on, they try to put a balance of the plan which is $60 for next month. When you turn it off auto pay it will not charge u but the balance is there in ur account say it's due at the end of month or billing cycle. because when I got my plan refunded they take away the balance in your account as well. but then I ordered another phone a week later and they but the balance again.
