Buying multiple phones?
Consider this.
The first phone will be 120.
Subsequent phones (either purchased at same time on withing next few days) will be less.
Boost has a weird way of billing and its often confusion. No one has figured it out yet.
Many have made speculations:
For example. Below is from a user.
My first purchase cost me $125.90 in total then subsequently thereafter I purchased 2x more phones which came out to $94.84 each.
Since you bought the first phone at regular price, Boost treats any further purchases as an additional line since they're on the same account.
However, bear in mind Boost will automatically enable autopay again so be sure to disable it prior to your next billing cycle recurring.

To reduce installation of games and other unwanted apps:
Set up without going on WiFi or inserting SIM card. Click on Skip for WiFi and Set up offline for the SIM card. Then Continue to set up offline.
Go to the App manager, click to view system apps. Then disable App cloud, Mobile Applicatons Manager.
After that you can enable WiFi, isert SIM card, activate.

Even the first bullet-point doesn't permit them to disable any port-out.
Go ahead and file that complaint at the bottom of that page. The more complaints that get thrown to the FCC, the more likely BM will finally figure out they've got nothing to play with, and will fall back in line. I'm already collecting evidence for the rumor of what I may encounter in about a few months.
