I purchased this sofa in Grey in-store which price fluctuated by $100-$200 by store. I ended up picking it up for $1000 (Wasn't on Sale), which was the cheapest I found in the region via the mobile app. Online at the time was about $1,600 for the same sofa.

I heard the advantage of ordering online is the set-up but also if there's need for a return, they will pick it up. Is that true?

I have a very similar looking sofa that I got new for $1K from a scratch and dent outlet. It has storage plus the other side pulls out making it into a queen sleeper. I used this stuff to help keep it clean since it was double duty my TV/dinner furniture and guest bed. This is a really good price too. I've had at least two encounters with a wine glass not connecting with my mouth and the wine literally puddled and rolled off.

This is almost always true for online orders. YMMV on larger in-store purchases being picked up. In those situations I've told both Costco and Sam's Club the item is too big or heavy for me to transport safely and they usually will schedule a pickup with Fedex or 3rd party.
