Just FYI, you might not get anything like the advertised speeds without a Samsung reader (not just the microSD -> SD adapter). Lots of readers and devices will max out at standard UHS-I speeds (~90-something MB/s in real use), while others might get close depending on how they implement non-standard stuff, but I wouldn't count on your device getting more than standard UHS-I unless you know otherwise.
