I usually buy .5 size up to make sure they fit me, These run slightly large so buy your true size

I have these. These are not bad for running in good conditions. Decent padding but not excellent. But I found the shoe quite slippery in uneven wet conditions. They are narrow like most Adidas are, so go wide if you need to.

All in all I'd say you get what you pay for. Mine were $24.
