Anyone having this error right now? "American Express Reward Dollars are temporarily unavailable to redeem due to technical issues. You can place your order without points, or try again later." Rewards points show as unavailable. Card is Preferred

Oh wow, that's messed up. So no discount applied at the end and you were charged full price? Did CS help? I was able to see the discount at checkout yesterday, got distracted, didn't place the order and found that discount is no longer appearing at checkout. But I could have ended up with your issue here.

Exact same thing happened to me as well! I was blaming myself for being distracted when placing the order but now I know it wasnt me. Did you get a resolution on this?

I still see the promotion, but can't activate it (should have already activated but tried to reactive), kept getting error indicating "we were not able to activate the promo code".. and attempted an order, of cause no discount applied at all after I put down a few points

Yep it does work - I used this yesterday and got 30% up to $30, bought myself some fishing lures to test out how the promo works, bought 3 items and each was an additional 30% off using my amex dollars (probably got about $7 in discounts). Today thinking I still have $23 worth of discounts, when I click on the link it is only giving me 10% up to $10?????
