I got similar bottle from Starbucks through rewards. It's bigger than this and most of the time you can find it on sale in target Starbucks for around $10-$15.(reg. $25-$30)

Bingo, every additional point of seal and threads is another big manufacturing hassle. This seems to be a pretty clever design, IMO, but the use case seems oddly specific for people who want to drink from a narrow mouth and neck. And from a distance, this also screams "probable cause" Smilie
