I did chat with a rep and explained the situation. I was told to place an order and call Costco to get $200 credit after the order is delivered.

Is Costco really good at honoring what their chat rep says? I never had a situation like this in the past so not sure if it's worth going by chat rep's words. I was given a reference number for the chat. Thoughts?
bump!

Can someone share their experience?

No past experience. However, I have a similar experience now. I ordered one but had to cancel to reorder. However, when I did the reorder (before check out), it didn't recognize the spend/save promotion. Chatted with them, they asked me to reach out after the order is delivered for credit and gave a reference number; I went ahead and placed the order.

Bespoke products that are not fridge MAY qualify for $100 additional discounts. My Cart showed $1100 off, but according to my math it should've been $1000 off. I did have a Bespoke Microwave, so it could be where that additional $100 discount came from.

From what I know, Costco cancellations are per "order", not individual items on the order; so you would have to cancel all the four items; if you order them as four separate orders, you maybe able to cancel the one item.

It wasn't true. I ended up canceling whole order and I was able to do it one item at a time.

Doing one item per order, do you still get the discount? And later do you just return unwanted items?

I think one of the promotions has a one per membership limit (Appliance savings has a one per membership limit). You may lose this if you do it separately. Just watch out for that.

Need some advice - I am renovating my kitchen. I am thinking of getting the following appliances,
  1. Dishwasher: Bosch 800 series (i can wait a bit on this)
  2. Gas cooktop: 36" Bosch 800 series or similar (I would like to buy asap)
  3. Fridge: LG counter depth 3 door
  4. Wall over: LG oven/microwave combo with sous vide and steam baking and air fry
  5. Range hood: 42" island type chimney hood.
  6. Washer: LG $600 budget
  7. Dryer : LG $600 budget
Costco doesn't sell the oven. Should I go ahead and just get the LG stuff here or wait for the Labor Day weekend sale?

Are we buying the same house? I've looked for basically same everything but I got some tips for you:
1. You might be able to find Bosch 800 washers on marketplace for under $800, recently, Lowes had clearance for $350 and a lot of resellers bought them all out. I picked up a 500 series for $600 during recent clearance
2. Check best buy open box, they're like 50% off on cooktops
3. Also check LG partner site if you qualify
4. Again, check best buy open box, they're all 50% off
5. I'm going for a Chinese brand/style range hood, as I only have 30" of space
6. Get the 5500 series instead of 4000/4080
7. Same as above

I'm waiting to see if labor day sales bring back the increased costco direct savings (150 instead of 100 increments)
