No, sometime it is based on regular refurbished price. Sometimes it's on after rebate non-refurbished. And sometimes it's on full price non refurbished. Don't worry about the %, just the $ amount.

The price didn't last long and was adjusted sometimes this morning. I was up till 2:30am last night (west coast time) debating which lens to get. Z30 with kit lens was $350 ($400 this morning). Z 105 2.8 macro was 5 hundred something or low 6. 24-70 2.8 was $1150ish. 28-200 about $450ish. 28-75 2.8 was also in the mid 500. I don't really need those lenses but those are nice to have. Then my wife asked why I was up and I didn't want her to know how much photography equipment really cost so I decided to sleep on it. Of course this morning Nikon made the decision for me. I'll wait till the next sale. In any case, Nikon might have canceled it due to price mistake. Happened to me before.

Thanks, I was able to get this for $2450 but price changed almost very quickly. I didn't use any code, it was the price available on Nikon website but revised very quickly.

I noticed the OP changed the pricing from $2450 to $2774, while that matches the current pricing, such editing can mislead a lot of SDers, because the first few comments are based on the $2450 price. I'd say it's a lukewarm deal at best at its current price.

Yeah the OP shouldn't change the price cause now his deal doesn't look so good. He did a great service to anyone who saw it and acted quickly. The prices were already revised by the time Nikon's email went out.
