I bought this mower and ending up returning it. The model I got came with 2 batteries and I figured I would recharge one battery and continue with the second one, but the batteries overheat & can't be recharged until it cools off which takes forever. Second time I used the mower the grass was a little wet and it drained the batteries almost instantly. For reference I have a quarter of an acre and this mower wasn't capable of handling it.

I have this mower for the second season now (this looks like the "same" higher end one they offer in slightly different trim)... the claims it has for power are almost aggravating. I knew label claims were best case scenario, but I have had to buy 2 additional batteries and still don't get the "half acre" they promised. I'm talking haircut mows too, not trying to take 5 inch overgrowth down to an inch.

Very disappointing. At 350$ this is an easy return. I got it on clearance for around $150 so I kept it out of curiosity (am I ready to ditch gas? answer was no lol).
