This book is essentially a repeat of the message - eat plant based, whole food diet and you'll live longer. It's very dry.

Yep, the messenger is as important as the message. Dr. Greger would do well to appear like someone healthy if he wants the masses to take his advice on health.

Actually Hippocrates is quoted as saying, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." (I guess he spoke old English.) Of course, medical science has advanced significantly since he died. :-)
