Which one of these is 'food grade' or food safe rated?

PETG is what you're looking for, but no FDM printed item is truly food safe

What do you mean? Like it can't be used repeatedly (washed and re-used)?

Or - could it be used once, safely, and then discarded?

Layer lines are great for trapping bacteria which is why fdm isn't food safe. But maybe it'd be okay for single use... that's an interesting thought. I'd recommend researching it before even doing anything like that to be safe.

But yeah, reusing wouldn't be a good idea unless you coat it in a food safe resin or something

The best use I've heard is to make your print with something like petg then make a silicone mold that you can then boil between uses

My suggestion would be to wrap in plasticwrap before using (for example a cookie cutter) so no surfaces are actually exposed to the food particles

Do you guys sanitize your PETG? I've been putting my items in a microwave steamer or the dishwasher cycle, only one thing has deformed

Enjoy eating your microplastics. No printed material is food safe.

I mostly use bambu filament. It's a few dollars more than really good sales from other brands but I don't use enough to make that much of a difference and knowing that the print profiles are dialed in perfectly without me having to tinker is worth it for me
