PETG is what you're looking for, but no FDM printed item is truly food safe

Layer lines are great for trapping bacteria which is why fdm isn't food safe. But maybe it'd be okay for single use... that's an interesting thought. I'd recommend researching it before even doing anything like that to be safe.
But yeah, reusing wouldn't be a good idea unless you coat it in a food safe resin or something

My suggestion would be to wrap in plasticwrap before using (for example a cookie cutter) so no surfaces are actually exposed to the food particles
