It looks like it, just skip by the plan selection page and it gets you to a page where you can checkout without the discounts. I haven't actually tried to check out yet though as the pixel 9 pro doesn't really seem like much of an upgrade on the pixel 7 pro.

As someone who owned both the Pixel and 9 and 9a just remember that there's a reason they basically give these things away each year. My Pixel 9a is already glitching nonstop after only one month. Bugs galore.
