I still see $1.82 with S&S. There is also a deal when you buy $30 you get $10 off.
I bought:
5 of the Pace cheese sauce. (the limit)
5 of Prego Pasta sauces
8 SpaghettiOs Original

I did S&S on each in the cart.

I combined this with 30% off when you use your Discover points if you qualify.($0.10) and the total was $9.41. Mix and match as you see fit.

Where is this $10 off $30?

I added 2 6-packs and 2 2-packs, which cost the same per bottle, and it was over $30, but it didn't remove $10.
