I've had this vac for over a year and I love it. I paid about $1000 for it though 😳. The app sucks but otherwise I've had no issues.

Never heard of that brandHonestly I was loyal to ecovacs for the past 6yrs but new companies have emerged since that could be equally good or better.

Got it for $209 with birthday coupon on June 13 and it was delivered on June 20th. So far so good, however my Roborock Q Revo app is better than the app for this one, but then again that was 3x more expensive. Other than that great mop and vacuum combo.

I ordered also and they just refunded my money . I think it was out of stock.

I had ecovacs way back, like when these vacs were evolving, and i recently got dreame I40 from a deal posted here, i love it. It does a good job with vac and mop and cleans itself well, so far no issues, we just want to make sure to clean the dirty water and refil the tank. Recently got a roborock flexi for upstairs and that is manual and its got some power sucking. Check that as well if you want do it manually

I also ordered on June 13. Still has not been shipped. Received an email on the 23rd:

We're working diligently to get this item shipped out and we'll send tracking information as soon as it is available. If you would rather not wait, please let us know and we'll cancel the order and issue a full refund."
I wonder if the people who are paying 275 are also getting delayed.
