Wife and I have
1.) Older design w/ both micro and usb-c for charging
2.) Newer design w/ usb-c (but not built in).
Both are solid, charge relatively fast (although definitely not PD), used almost daily (the micro-usb one was bought July 5th, 2020, and is actively powering a pet water fountain upstairs).
We have a Baseus Portable Charger Power Bank 22w one w/ PD and built in lightning/usbc, plus a digital screen, that is superior, but was $20 and is OOS. For $11, this one is a great choice, IMO.
The 45W definitely support PD, definitely the one in this deal does. Maybe yours are old enough to not?
Not a big deal, but not a fan of the paw print design on these. If anything, I prefer the battery packs with the screen that shows percentage remaining of battery.
I like these power bank for their functionality…but the paw print is a bit bright. They do offer these with a digital display.

You're name isnt Jason is it? I had a buddy who loves battery packs but HATES this brand because of the silly logo. Over drinks one night he said he hated it because he's afraid of dogs
You can buy a pack of magnetic rings for 5 bux or less and stick it on there. I've done this on many android cases and batteries.Link for reference only: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CBXBR4DH
yes, i am aware.
BUT, it's a hit or miss.
No way to know how strong they are until after you get them.
I got a bunch that can't even hold the weight of the powerbank.

Ok, that makes sense. I was just trying to be helpful. I did get a good batch at one point, at least. It held my phone onto the vent mounted wireless charger in the car perfectly.
Best wishes!
