Camping or other situations where you need convenience is what these are good for. All other times just buy spices and make your own chili and taco and stroganoff and … blends. I get that it takes 5 seconds to open and dump a seasoning pack but to use individual seasonings to make your own chili only takes about a minute and you control the amounts, especially of salt.
