Very nice reviews with an overall rating of 4.5 / 5 stars. Note only the Red is on sale, all other colors cost more.
Just this year I purchased the Tuscany Ridge couch that they had in blue for $97 because even though I said I was going to go for a more modern look on my next purchase, again, I couldn't pass up the price. Mind you, I think I'll get another 5 to 10 years out of my sectional easily, but I bought the couch for backup since trying to find exact dimensions of replacement cushions down the road for my sectional probably isn't possible and would be cost prohibitive even if I could find them.
So yes, not the most modern, but very well built and beyond budget friendly.

Agreed. Bought this set 2 years ago and it held up wonderfully. Surprisingly comfortable and loveseat is roomy enough for two 200+ lbs adults.
