I got Pixel 8 Pro and 1 year 15 gb plan for 259 couple of years ago. I am not feeling warm and fuzzy about this being a "deal".

Service depends on location. For some the t mobile network is better, for others the Verizon or att network is better. I spent months testing US mobiles Verizon and T-Mobile networks in real world use and in my area T-Mobile was by far the faster and more reliable network. So I went with Mint and it has been a real money saver over the past couple years. Could be different now but I would have to test again and review US mobiles new plans. I think they came out with some good plans recently that are a great value. I will probably switch back to US mobile soon just for the network swapping feature to get the best coverage in my area.

when it comes to the pixel phones, every time is a deal no matter what model it is. there's a bunch of people that always complain about it. I have to say my pixel 8 Pro that people talked bad about is one of the best phones I ever had. if you really want one, don't listen to all the gossip just get it if it's a really good deal and it's what you want. I've been on slick deals for a long time and after while all the negative stuff gets to be old.

Keep the Galaxy S25 Plus or downgrade and get the Pixel 9...? Like the smaller form factor, but battery and processor definitely worse than the Galaxy S25 Plus
