Decided to take a chance on this 65 inch.
, arrived about a week ago. Replaced a LG OLED that's about 8 years old with some pretty bad burnin. So far no complaints, had to dial in the color little bit, looked washed out , so bumped up the color saturation to 60 from 50.

Waited nearly a week for customer service to respond just to tell me my order was cancelled without reason after the charge had been posted on my card for days. Now I have to dispute it and all they're telling me is to try to order another one lol. Great deal but an absolutely terrible retailer…

I ordered mine on July 7th. I called yesterday and was told they have them back in stock and I would receive an email today when shipping was arranged. It is due to arrive at my house tomorrow. I can't wait. Our 15 year old Samsung Plasma has been the best tv we have ever had. It has had pink splotches on light backgrounds for a good while but lately has gotten much worse. The Samsung was $2700 15 years ago. I hope the $800 Panasonic lasts half that time.

I bought the 55" Q7MK for $599 instead of this TV. It was hard to pick but I didn't think this would be bright enough for a room full of large windows and a lot of light. Hope I made the right choice :|

Just got mine. It has 3 vertical lines that can only be seen with solid background colors. Tried calling to initiate a return and they said they're closed after 2pm on Friday. So this is great.

Update on our order. Our new tv arrived on Wednesday. It was easy to set up. We use our direct tv box. I am very happy so far. Great picture and the sound is good too. I waited so long to replace the Samsung plasma. I think this will be a quality replacement.

Turn up your bass to about 5 and treble to about 4. Really brings the sound quality to life and lessens the need for a soundbar. This tv has really good sound but you need to turn both of those up a little to get it.
