You pretty much get at least 2SB for every $1 spent, but it varies by store.

I really don't like what they've done with the FP. All those SBs TV and coupon boxes; it's hard to see the forest for the trees. Even if I close them all, they come back the next time I'm on the FP. Once in a while I do see a coupon I want, but I'd rather just check coupons.com then have them clog the FP with them.
