There are a few shops featured but you can expend the list by clicking 'View All shops', or just do a search for what you are looking for.
You pretty much get at least 2SB for every $1 spent, but it varies by store.
From what I've read it takes 32 days to receive your swagbucks so take a screen shot of your receipt and set a reminder to check you got your credits.

As for cell phone verification, it's apparently pretty common for SB's system to confuse one or two major post-paid cell phone companies with Tracfone and its pre-paid phones. And their system isn't supposed to allow verification from the pre-paids for anti-fraud reasons, so you get told you need to do the post card instead.

Just did the one for 170 sb and got credit right away for 165...then a minute later got credit for 170 too !!!
As for Encraves...ever since I've complained, I've been getting a bunch. Maybe I should complain more often
