Wonder why it is a frequently returned item and there is no review stating why. It does seems like the rails take up more space then it needs to be.

I have 3 of these and quite like them. I imagine why they are returned: hard to install, and it's really easy to not understand the measurements and the size of cabinet required.

Probably folks get the wrong size. You have to check carefully the minimum width, and take into account hinges.

I have never seen a frequently returned item where the reviews explain why it was frequently returned. In fact, virtually all had a ≥4.3 rating. It's weird.

The free item aspect usually had no effect on the reviews. They were written before the buyer knew that they'd receive a refund. That's why the text of these reviews often described the price they paid, etc.
