I have to agree this lavender scent… it's like a tad too strong. I bought this a few years ago and am just slowly working through, unless they have changed the formulation I would not recommend. I have no problem with its soapy properties it's just the scent… it's not my favorite

He asked if it was antibacterial, I answered. The FDA does not recognize antibacterial additive soap as being any more effective than regular soap, and studies make the point that antibacterial additives have a ton of downside to the environment and bacterial resistance. Don't use additive based soaps.

if it is, it's a strong reason NOT to buy it, unless, say, you live in a hospital or maybe immune compromised. Anyone with kids or grandkids that would hand soap should definitely be buying that crap!!
