Important to note that the $20 bonus has to be used within 10 days of receipt.

I bought the last previous buy a gift card get bonus 20 but that card will arrive till July 12. Might as well buy again so kinda $40 worth of extra credits (this and the previous)

The T&S doesn't state -when- the card is expected via e-mail, yet it expires 10 days after receipt, which is a bit tricky to use.

Has anyone gotten their bonus card yet? I haven't seen mine yet.

Bought the $100 e-Gift card. The $20 bonus card auto added to my cart. Order went through. Received the $100 GC straight away. Order status shows the $20 bonus card should arrive in a few hours…it's been 3-4 hours but nothing yet. Hopefully arrives by morning.
UPDATE - $20 Bonus card arrived at 2am PST
