The Mach 5 changed my life. Most comfortable shoe I had ever worn to that point. Mach 6 is my daily driver, I own 3 pairs. Solimar is a bit less cushioned making it a more rigid shoe, for me anyway.

I am not a runner. Hoka shoes are recommended by many podiatrists (including mine) as a casual walking shoes. The most popular one in the walking forums is Bondi. I went with Clifton's last year, really liked it. I am going to g to try the Solimar.

My GF is a nurse, on her feet all day long during the 12hr shifts. She also faithfully wears Hoka shoes.

Thanks OP for posting this deal. Appreciate it.

Hoka Bondi last me about four months with 5 miles of daily walking. Based on the smaller amount of rubber on these, I figure they'll last maybe a month.
Once the Bondi wears past the rubber into the EVA, they're gone.

How do you fit in the Mach 6? I tried buy that shoe 3 times and each size was just too narrow, I went up a full 1.5 sizes and it was still too narrow. The Wide versions of that shoe have fugly color options (for me) so I just returned them all..

Thanks I was hunting for a deal on these. I tried a few Hoka models in-store and the Solimar was my favorite. I like this color too (based on the pics), hopefully it looks good in person.

I'm flat footed and have slightly wide feet. These were recommended to me by my podiatrist. They're very comfortable and I wear them while traveling and when I'm on my feet all day.
