- Don't put any cushioning whatsover in the boxes because they control the delivery workflow and can just tell the drivers to be careful with them
- Make drivers hate their jobs, and deliver as many packages as humanly possible in a day
- Assume that most people won't bother with returns or refunds, rather than addressing any of the above
