I bought a renewed S22 Ultra 2 years ago for $322+S10 trade in. It looked and worked like a brand new phone when I received it and others have said the same thing. Also I think it comes with 1 year warranty as well.

They raise the price of the phone when they offer $350. Or they did before. Final price ended up being the same.
All of my data did not properly transfer to the S24, I called technical support several times. They were no help. I was told a senior tech agent would call me back in 24-48 hours. That was over two weeks ago. I followed up several times and finally gave up.
I received an email that my trade in was rejected and I would be charged and additional $300. They alleged that I did not clear all my data. I did a factory reset! Luckily when they returned my trade in phone after the s23 purchase, I took lots of pictures that showed my phone had been cleared. I spent two hours on the phone with Samsung ecommerce. They finally said it was an error and they would not charge me $300. From the reviews on the internet, this happens often.
This has been an extremely time consuming and unpleasant experience. Very sad to see how low Samsung has sunk. I have always had samsung phones but this will probably be my last.
Fortunately, I took a detailed video showing how the phone met all criteria (including the IMME status check at two different sites - one of which was Swappa) and was well packaged. I followed the link through customer service and (text) chatted with an agent using the order number from the S23 purchase (there was an option to discuss the trade in on the order). I told them that I had video evidence of the phone's quality and packaging. After 5 min of chatting, they sent me an email that there would be no charge back and I owed nothing.
YMMV, but that was my experience for reference. It's probably important to note that they did not ask for the video, but you'll want to take one anyway jic (probably good practice for any type of trade in deal).
