It doesn't look like it's antibacterial in the way of using triclosan or another antiseptic chemical. Here are the ingredients per their website:

• Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
• Tapioca Starch
• Polyvinyl Alcohol
• Aqua, Glycerin
• Cocamide Mea
• Tea Tree Leaf Oil (In Tea Tree Scent)
• Lavender Oil (In Lavender Scent)
• Orange Peel Oil (In Orange Scent)
• Lemon Peel Oil (In Lemon Scent)

SLS is the only thing that's questionable, but there are no antiseptic chemicals that are bad. No worse than hand sanitizer with alcohol from the looks of it.
