I have the Sound Blade, speakers starting to crackle. Had for maybe 2 years, casual use. This maybe a great replacement.

Sure! I used a Vizio 2.1 soundbar system, was nicer than the traditional setup in my opinion since you don't have two big things at the end of each desk
