Not a deal. This was $250 less than a month ago when the 32" version dropped to $350.

You are right, my apologies. Hmm both are 4K IPS @ 144Hz, what do you prefer on the B model over the D model?

I picked up this exact model (28" G70B) about two years ago on sale and use it every day for both work and PC gaming. While the panel is good for IPS, the local dimming is a joke only included to tick a feature box and HDR performance isn't particularly impressive as a result.Tizen OS is very unstable and buggy. It tries to do so much as a small TV that it screws with its reliability as a PC monitor. Even after weeks of displaying input signals properly, it has a habit of one day deciding to forget how to display the input. It flashes on and off, going back and forth from completely black to a distorted image of the input signal while trying to interpret input signal metadata for no discernible reason until you disconnect power from the monitor and plug it back in. While this is happening, you can't control the monitor via the remote.Besides the bugs, the way Tizen OS organizes inputs and their selection, as well as many setting locations, is clumsy and poorly thought out.For a low enough price, you have to decide if it's worth the frustration. I don't necessarily regret my purchase, but I do regret not buying something else.

It was just a better panel. Ironically (IPS panel), my G70D has off axis issues.

Same with mine. I can't complain too much because I picked it up on clearance at a local Walmart for $150.
