I'm not saying either is wrong, but on a team it's much better to have people that are reliable and present.
If you feel you are treated unfair you can always go back
It's the same in research...I know labs fully staffed with chinese and indian students where the advisor works them to the bone . If they disent, they are cut funding and replaced with another indian or chinese student

Because they were late they became a cheaper place to train your LLM (like $1m cheaper per run) so lots of people go there to train their models.
I think their Linux is better than Red Hat's, and their support docs are sometimes much better, but Red Hat has the lock in the U.S.
