Reading through the comments on the gift card -- purely for a single premium account for a year. You also can't use it in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. so if you are on a student or family plan, this doesn't give you some sort of prorated amount, or even replace your existing plan.

This is MSRP btw. Always good for people to know about but you can get this at many (all?) retailers. Just make sure you get one that says annual on it and not gift card. Sam's Club also has a $99 card but it doesn't specifically say annual on it so unsure if it is or not.

I used to buy mine off Amazon every year (I've only used the service for a few years though) when it was $99. It's now $120 there. Tried this from Walmart, but it canceled my order within a minute, twice. No idea why. Tried different recipient emails for the gift card.
