For reference, here is the SD thread where this offer was made to 4a owners:

https://slickdeals.net/f/18040770-pixel-4a-check-your-email-to-see-if-eligible-for-a-free-battery-or-50-cash-or-100-discount-ymmv?src=SiteSearch

Many questions will be answered there, but please don't bump that thread.

I got the $50 Payoneer deal that time around, might do the store credit this time but we'll see. Payoneer already had my info for the 4a deal so nothing to lose doing it again. Expect at least 30 days for deposit to show, and make sure to cancel the Payoneer account after you get the money because it has expensive inactivity fees. All indications in the 4a thread was the store credit is a coupon code that will not stack with other phone discounts.

PS - anyone know if installing Lineage on the 6a (either before or after the battery-kill update) will overcome the battery gimping?

Does anyone know how long the store credit will be expired?

From what a few people posted on Reddit the credit is good until sometime in July 2026.

Yes, I purchased the 9a with a total of $400 discount after combining $150 with the $250 off for existing Google Fi customer.
Can I ask what country you're in? I'm reading elsewhere that people haven't been able to combine the store credit with the Fi offer so I wonder if it's country-specific or just good luck!

Anyone know if I can register 2 phones to get two $100?

Basically my son's 6A and my phone are both eligible.
But he still in high school, doesn't have a bank account to withdraw $100.

I am thinking about registered both phones under my name to get two $100.
After all I was the one purchased both phones 2-3 years ago, and have receipts to proof it.

I have a 6a that qualifies for the program. However, I normally charge up to 80% on my phone, and the charge cycle is no where near 400 cycles yet since 2022, so I don't see the point of battery replacement at this time. The battery life is still great though. It still takes days for the 6a to die on battery alone.

I don't feel like being trapped by Payoneer, so I think the best course of actions for me is the store discount code for when Pixel 10 comes out

Didn't see this mentioned anywhere but if eligible, do you need to send in the phone? My battery killed the phone 2 months ago and got a replacement under the protection plan (after deductable). This would at least recoup some of my losses if I don't need to turn in the phone

From the Pixel 6a Battery Performance Program's FAQs:

"What happens to my Pixel 6a after I take one of the support options? Can I still use it?

You will not be required to return your device. You can continue to use your Pixel 6a or you can dispose of it responsibly."

Credit was offered to me on my 6 Pro with a screen and battery issue without an offer for free repairs. ( I wanted the repair) the code is just a discount and is not stackable. After a lifelong Pixel user and two previous models defective, I switched.

from what I've heard, the $150 is just a discount code and is not stackable so get the $100 and you will get a better upgrade deal

This seems to be an incorrect statement and misleading. Below are the terms for the offer.

"Promotional code is for one-time use only with no residual balance; can be combined with other offers; is not transferable; and is not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Void where prohibited."

I think a caveat is if you have a unique offer by means of a code, because most often you can only use 1 code during checkout. I read it as if they have a sale onsite, this $150 credit could apply to that sale item.

I never got that email but got that message on my phone. Maybe it's because I might not have registered the phone when I got it almost 2 years ago. I'm still using it. I submitted the form. Is there any reason why I would not be eligible?
Thanks OP for the post,

Only battery replacement for $100 or can we do it for broken screen ? Dies it when any repair?

Does the 100 bucks get reported for tax purposes like a bank bonus? If anyone knows?
No, it's not income. It's a refund for a faulty product.

Per the Pixel 6a Battery Replacement Program webpage:

"Even if an Impacted Device is eligible for a battery replacement at no charge, upon receipt, a physical inspection of your phone is conducted before starting the repair to verify that the phone is in suitable condition for repair.

If your Pixel 6a device exhibits other forms of damage, like liquid damage, exposure to sharp objects, or excessive force, it may not qualify for a battery replacement at no charge under this program.

If your phone has out-of-warranty damage, such as display or cover glass cracks, then there may be a fee to repair your phone. Before we start any repairs, we'll provide a cost estimate. You then have the option to proceed with the repair or have your device returned to you."
