Yeah, but the payment processor they're using requires your SSN and bank account. It's not a straight gift card.

I can confirm the credit is a discount code that doesn't stack with sale prices, if you try use the discount code on a sale then the price will revert to full price, the sale prices are usually better than $150. The discount code is worthless unless you absolutely cannot wait for a sale. Otherwise the $100 is better as you can still get the sale price and $100.

from what I've heard, the $150 is just a discount code and is not stackable so get the $100 and you will get a better upgrade deal

My current $125 coupon no longer works, even though it says it will expire on 7/8.

Waiting for my $150 coupon email. Says I should receive it in the next 48 hours.

Can you still get trade-in value ($80 for a Pixel 6a) with the $150 code?

I'm trying to check if my 6a is eligible. If I choose a preference (repair/payment/code) am I locked into that option? I would just like to know if I'm eligible or not.

Option 1: take $100 cash
Option 2: Take $150, stack with $125 discount code form Google expiring 7/9, $80 trade in for 9A.

Also, If I decide to take the discount code will it stack with the $125 upgrade code that I received from Google that expires 7/9.
My $125 code no longer works.

I tried to do the $100 and they said they are verifying my registration and it may take up to 3 days. Not sure it will work out for people using a false social security number.

I have more than 500 charging cycles, according to the Device Info HW app, so that doesn't help me.
As opposed to a couple days ago, I called Pixel support again now and they at least knew what I was talking about. He mentioned that ubreakifix would be able to do the fix for free and would also start on that July 21st date. Time will tell if he is correct.
Chat GPT mention blocking Google Play Services with netguard as a way to stop updates occurring, although it's not foolproof. I see that I cannot try to pull an update a firmware with a block.

My 2 pixel 6a's do NOT qualify. Does this mean my pixel doesn't have reported battery problems. I do love my pixel 6a, and I have no problems with it, I got about 2 years ago on the walmart bf deal for 100 dollars new. I'm thinking google had a batch of batteries that had problems, was that in beginning of the google pixel 6a life cycle?
Mine qualify and I got mine about 2 years ago, so I don't think age has anything to do with it.

yeah, I agree. the research I did had more to do with vendor Google used for the battery. I guess some of the vendors used "bad" batteries, so those are the ones that google is trying to replace because of possible pixel 6a catching on FIRE! I didn't get the 100 dollars offer.. so my battery probably came from good battery vendor.

Right, but so did your cell phone carrier. It's cash straight into your bank. Just did it.
Can you let us know how it goes. I heard there was ~10-20% fee from the third party processor, but I'm not sure I trust the source. Can any one confirm whether or not that is true? Or if there is it isn't a fee?

I hope that's true. My 6a qualifies, so I'll wait a few days and then try to claim the $100 through Payoneer.
Do you mind confirmimg here when you get the payment?

I tried to do the $100 Payoneer but I was having issues when I tried to do with google single sign on. I was getting some error message even though my username and password were correct. It was asking for security code as well. I don't know what that is. I made a digit passkey and applied it to the security code and I was still getting an error. I tried and just gave up. I just picked the $150 google store credit. Hopefully there is a solid deal worthwhile but I am not really interested in upgrading. I would rather try to use the google store credit for buds and chromcast. The battery replacement wasn't necessary as I am only at like 134 cycles. Nowhere near the 400 cycles.
Yeah, ran into the same SSO thing. I was using my google workspace custom email domain account during the check and couldn't proceed with the payoneer. Turns out you have to use a gmail account when checking.

I also used a false DOB and SSN. Already got the email that it was approved.. hopefully it'll come quick.

Perfect timing, I dropped my phone last week and shattered the screen. I'm no longer using it.

2 pixel 6a bought at the same time from google store, only 1 eligible.
