I own this exact saw. It's high quality. Made in Vietnam, not China. Easily worth the $7. Much better than the one hacksaw Harbor freight sells. Isn't it weird that Harbor freight only sells one model of hacksaw?

I purchased this previously at the same price - unfortunately it is trash, really unfortunate that it's got the Craftsman name on it - maybe you'll get lucky and at least it's only $6.99.
