Well well well... Let me tell you something about this shed.
I got the slightly smaller size 6x8' which estimated 6 hours to assemble. It took me PLUS a friend five days across two weeks to get it done. Maybe twenty hours, weather permitting.
Every panel has thin plastic film that you have to peel off in tiny bits. This portion takes an evening to complete just to get ready to put things together.
This kit includes over 1,000 individual parts and you will be missing some. You must count them, and you will need extra washers and stainless screws. This shed is also designed to drop some plywood into it as a floor, then fasten. I didn't do this, but it will fit a shallow ramp and a simple flooring system if you have one.
All that said: It's a fine shed and will last a while. Take your time assembling its pieces as flush as possible. It holds up in heavy winds. I was able to Tapcon it down into some large size pavers/concrete pads.Consider your cost savings spent on labor.
