I think these gift cards can't be used for accounts that are in different countries maybe? But it looks like it'll work for my usa Uber account for trips in a different country

When trying again, it doesn't show the gift card as an option anymore for city outside of US.
In my area, there are lots of restuarants, so lots of competition, and there's always some sort of deals and BOGO deals happening.
