Currently $10 cheaper on bestbuy.com $69.99 and you can earn rewards with purchase on bestbuy. I had 10$ in rewards so I picked this unit up just now for 63.80 after tax!

TV at $69.99 on bestbuy.com is 720p (HD) not 1080p (FHD)

I don't think 4k resolution is necessary for a small screen television like a 32" or 24". They don't even make F30 model line in 32 inch line. On the best buy website now, the smallest F30 (4k resolution) Insignia is at 43" and it costs $150 sale.
If people like to game with older gen system like a playstation 2 or 3, it is better to get a smaller television size with the lower resolution model line than use a larger 4k television. I have a big collection of DVD resolution 480p movies on hard drives so lesser resolution television looks better than 4k. Some people may have lot of bluray discs too and that is 1080p.
