It may be a good deal but you'd already have to know you needed this to buy it . You'd have to be prepared to run underground watering system . Which most people are not DIy'ing . And if they are hiring someone then most likely they are installing what they provide / use as a business. There's actually a lot that goes in to a proper irrigation system

Not many people just buying sprinkler heads on a whim with no in ground irrigation

I run 50 psi. The Orbit irrigation devices I've had have failed at a greater rate (and sooner) than other brands like Champion. Do with that what you will.

I only have two of these left because of how expensive they are when not on sale. They are also require a lot up upkeep IMO. Every season you would have to readjust, or clear out if a weed or blade of grass worked it's way into the mechanism during the summer. Rainbird is almost $30 a head around here in central Washington. I do like the coverage of this type of sprinkler vs the non-impact though. My grass looked a lot better when my lawn was all this type of sprinkler head. If the deal wasn't dead I would of probable picked up a bunch.

Or maybe you have a system that has been in the ground for decades that uses just this kind of pop-up. If I need to replace one, I just purchase a rainbird sprinkler head and with a few modifications it mounts right on the existing pop-up unit. At this price I will buy a few to have on hand. When I need one I can remove the insert from the can and insert it in the existing can.
