Also, if you go to Newegg, you can pick up a ASROCK z890 pro RS and Corsair 32gb 6000 mts CL28 ram for 249. So you end up walking away paying under 500 after tax for the full set

K means "unlocked" aka overclockable. But you don't have to want to overclock to get a K chip - they're generally the enthusiast spec chips even if you run them at stock speeds.

F means no integrated graphics, and KF is both things - enthusiast spec, but without integrated graphics. There are non-K F chips, though.
