FP is a very low bar these days. Basically whichever site is offering the biggest cash(kick)back to SD.
The "good" lid has a large silicone fitting in the lid that seals the straw port when you're not using a straw. If the cup tips over with the silicone fitting and you have the lid stop rotated to the right point, it won't leak or will barely leak, very slowly.
The "bad" lid has no silicone fitting in the lid, and if you turn the lid stop to "seal" the straw port and it tips over, it leaks pretty fast.
Contrary to popular belief, magnets can stick to some grades of Stainless steel. A magnet will stick to the outside of this one, and my Teal Blue one, as well as the Stanley 40 oz I own, and many others.
Magnets do not stick to the inside of any of these I have. So they use a grade of SS on the inside that is less ferrous than the outside layer.
