if you have a Samsung phone, sign up for the Sofi money card thru Samsung wallet. think requires just transferring $10-15 dollars to sofi checking account, which then will give you access to Samsung savings program, which is similar to epp.

Hong Kong isn't as big a red flag as 0 sales or low reputation. These are manufactured almost entirely in Vietnam, but there is certainly a lot of gray market being sold from all over.

If feedback is 0 with a very low price good chance it's a scam. There's a seller with Q990D for $335 from Hong Kong and they have sold four of them. Feedback is 0. What a deal!

welp, I spent the extra $300 for the 990F on woot. I heard 990F had the newer codec and better compact subwoofer

my guess is logistics. they use electronics stores that have it in stock to deliver locally. if there's none in stock, it will take longer to deliver.

I think their initial delivery estimates are conservative but the actual delivery is sooner. At least for me, I ordered it yesterday July 25th and it said delivery by Aug 4th. But it was shipped out the same day and now the delivery date is July 31st, going from California to New Jersey. That's not too bad.
