Anything but Roku honestly. It's so restrictive and stuffed with ads, I can't stand it. You can't side load apps, which is insanely frustrating due to the limited apps in the Roku store. Also with Roku if you use a DNS filter to block tracking, the Roku device will continually save tracking data and doesn't delete any of it until it can offload the data to Roku's servers. After a while the system will slow down considerably.
