Nice - when you need this you need it, and for under $4 shipped it's easier than looking for the one I know I have somewhere but no idea where I stashed it.

When you stash this somewhere, that's when you'll find it. 🤣

Have you tried looking in the cookie container?

FYI a lot of mid to high tier hotels will offer complimentary emergency sewing kits upon request. The posted kit is probably better

I ended up building a little kit and just storing it with my large sewing machine. I figured I could remember where that's at

that's it I recently bought a threadripper for like $3, and added it to the kit. if I bought this I get that and a few other things, but I bet the quality of the thread is probably pretty low

Or they'll have one in their gift shop for $15-20.

Not sure about the sizes or quality of the needles but a 30 pack of sewing needles alone are $3.99 on Amazon, so it's worth it fo the needles alone.

I have a couple in the little clear plastic boxes. But I think it's nice to have this since it's so well organized (at least in the pics). Perfect for when you travel.

Exactly! Every time I go to clean the tile I look and look for the tile grinding tool, the hand held $2 thing, give up looking, buy a new one off amazon so it's on the porch 2 days later, then when I go to put it away I somehow instinctively go to where they're supposed to be and drop the new one on the pile of 8 others I already had. Then I promptly forget where I put them.

I see this as being too big for a travel sewing kit. I'm either fixing a button or repairing a ripped seam just to get me through a weekend. That fits in an altoid tin or smaller. What are you doing that you need 12 colors of thread, measuring tape, or even a ripper?
