Fractal Design IMO makes the best cases - have owned two now with the Fractal R7 and currently the Fractal Torrent RGB.

Here's two different videos featuring the Fractal North though

I wanted to build my PC in this case when it was released, but it was sold out everywhere. You can get the same price at Best Buy, btw. NewEgg too, but they suck, and don't have free shipping for outsiders.

Nice looking case. One of my PC's is a HTPC built in a mATX Fractal Core 1000 with a bluray drive and 3090 FTW3.

I have this case, easy to build in, looks great. Grates are really easy to pop off and clean/dust. One thing to note, the USB A ports on the top i/o are tight. I'm guessing it's manufacturing tolerances but just a heads up in case that's something you'd use often.

This the new Meshify 3
the Lian li Lancool 3 and the Phanteks Eclipse p600s are my favorite cases for $120-$180.

I have this case, it's nice and was easy to build in. I have the glass version and hindsight I think I'd have preferred the mesh sided one but you can't go wrong with either.

Have an R5 and it rattles terribly (from my HDDs). Is this still an issue with their cases?

Nice case at a nice price. Bear in mind you may have a lot more variance in the shade of each individual wood slat vs what you see in the stock photos. It kind of bothered me initially on mine but I got used to it pretty quickly.

How old is the design for this case? It still has support for 3.5 inch HDDs. It's kind of useless for a media computer, but the overall look of the case is too fancy for a server.

Do like that wood grain, but I need space for my disc drives.

I have this for my gaming PC in my media room. It really classes the place up, smells of rich mahogany, and fits right in amongst my many leather-bound books.
