Now, I'm not sure if it's a $12 credit or just ONE selection up to $12 which is what it implies in the e-mail:
"Fandango at Home Promotional Code ("Code") is good towards the purchase or rental of selected family content (up to $12 total value, .."
Update: It's a $12 credit so you can use the remaining balance on another movie purchase or rental among the selected titles until it expires on Nov. 1st.

If that title is D2D in the 197 title list, should work per reddit user such as Land Before Time.
