The power head string trimmer heads spin counter clockwise FYI, which most people don't like, outside of commercial lawn guys.

You're ahead to buy Ego tools with batteries, and then resell the battery if you don't want it. Their tool only prices are crazy high.

Don't really need the edger since I already have edger and stringer. My multi head broke down after 7 years of usage. Debating which one should I get? Thinking about the 4ah newer unit.

Happy you found this, I like this one better. I know the deal is not as good on paper, but the 1420 means I for sure can use the brush attachment (noting the comment above, maybe they changed something though) - and the 16 string trimmer comes with line iq which is nice. I have multiple batteries already so the 4AH is fine to add. In for the acme!

I am in the opposite situation... would love to buy batteries that aren't overly priced.
